Welcome From 2007-2008 MJPOA President Daniel Perenick:

It is an honor and privilege to serve as President of the Massachusetts Juvenile Police Officers Association for 2007-2008. The MJPOA has a great history and over the years has provided outstanding support, training and direction for all police officers that work day in and day out with our youth and their families throughout the Commonwealth.

Today the MJPOA and its Board of Directors are even more committed to revitalizing an association with the goal of staying on the cutting edge of youth issues like school safety and security, substance abuse prevention, computer issues and crimes to name a few.

Goals for this upcoming year is to increase membership throughout the entire state, provide outstanding and appropriate training to our members and their community partners and to share ideas, programs and products that have been successfully implemented throughout the state, region and the nation to assist us in our work.

It takes a special person to work with youth and youth issues, especially in today's world. I thank you for the job you do each and everyday and the difference you make in the lives of our most important asset-young people.

Please feel free to contact me at (781)721-0775 work or by e-mail at dperenick@winchester.k12.ma.us with any questions, concerns or suggestions.
